Detection p -Value Cutoff for Setting Individual Intensities to Missing

After any genes have been filtered out based on the above two options, intensities (AVG_Signal) for individual samples at a particular gene are set to missing if they fall above the value specified here.

Note : If you did not export the Detection Pval subcolumns from BeadStudio, no replacement is performed.
