Files for Variants Call

Select BAM file(s) to import.

To Specify Files for Variant Calling:

Specify a Folder of BAM Files .

The Available Files field becomes populated with files from the specified folder.

Left-click a file from the Available Files field.

Click to add the selected file to the Files for Variants Call field.
