Folder Containing the BPMAP Files

This folder contains the Binary Probe Map ( .bpmap ) for tiling arrays. Generally, BPMAP files give the applicable genome build as part of the filename. For example, the name of the human tiling array BPMAP files, Hs35b_M and Hs35b_P assume that NCBIv35 coordinates are used throughout the analysis. Hs35b_M is for the Human Tiling 1.0R Array while Hs35b_P is for the Human Tiling 2.0R Array. The corresponding array library files can be downloaded through the NetAffx Download Engine input engine ( Genomics > Import > Affymetrix > Download NetAffx Files ) or Affymetrix website .

To Select a Folder Containing the BPMAP Files:

The method used for this specification can vary depending on whether JMP is connected to SAS on your local machine or connected to SAS on a server. You should refer to the Specifying Folders, Files, and Data Sets documentation for detailed information.
