Folder Containing the Library Files

Specify the folder containing one of the following file types:

•	Chip Description File ( .cdf ) for regular expression arrays

•	CEL Layout File ( .clf ), Probe Group File ( .pgf ), and Meta Probeset file ( .mps ) for exon and Human Gene ST arrays

Note : The corresponding array library files can be downloaded through the NetAffx Download Engine input engine ( Genomics > Import > Affymetrix > Download NetAffx Files ) or the Affymetrix website .

To Specify the Folder Containing the Library Files:

The method used for this specification can vary depending on whether JMP is connected to SAS on your local machine or connected to SAS on a server. You should refer to the Specifying Folders, Files, and Data Sets documentation for detailed information.

To View the Files in the Specified Folder:

Click Open .
