Include MM in output

Check here to include mismatch (MM) intensities in the Output Data Set specified above. A column named " PM_Flag " (perfect match flag) is created in the output data set, indicating PM( 1 ) or MM( 0 ).

Note : If you select " MM ", “ RMA ”, or “ GCRMA ” as the Background Correction Method , this check box is disabled . You need to select another Background Correction Method to activate this check box.

Note : All the specified options of BG Correction , Transformation , Normalization , and Summary apply to the output MM intensities. The MM probe does not apply to WT-Gene and Exon arrays.
