Key Variable(s) to Merge with Input Data Set

Indicate variables to associate the Baseline Reference Data Set above with the input data set specified under the General tab. It is assumed that the input data set also contains the specified variable(s).

To Specify Key Variable(s) to Merge with the Input Data Set:

Select “ Loess ” as the Probe Normalization Method , and specify a Baseline Reference Data Set .

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the Baseline Reference Data Set .

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click the button to add the highlighted variable to the Key Variable(s) to Merge with Input Data Set field.
