List of Phenotype Variable Names

If phenotype column names are not in the first row of the file, names of phenotype variables in order, corresponding to order of phenotype columns in the input file, can be specified to replace the default names used by PROC IMPORT ( VAR1-VARn ).

Ranges of variables such as A1-A10 can be specified with no spaces before or after the hyphen.

To Specify a List of Phenotype Variable Names:

Specify an Input Phenotype File .

Type the list of variable names, separated by spaces, into the List of Phenotype Variable Names field.
