LOH Columns to Include

Select loss of heterozygosity (LOH) columns to include in the Output Data Set .

Note : Some columns might not be available depending on the type of analysis performed.

If no columns are selected, all are included.

To Select LOH Columns to Include:

Specify a Folder of Raw Files to activate the field.

Left-click a single column, or hold down Ctrl while left-clicking to select multiple columns, from the LOH Columns to Include field.
