Measures to Include (Chromosomes Data)

Select columns to include in the Output Data Set .

Choices include:

Measure	Description
MinSignal	Minimum log 2 ratio value found in the chromosome
MaxSignal	Maximum log 2 ratio value found in the chromosome
MedianCNState	Median calibrated log 2 ratio
HomFrequency	Frequency of homozygosity
HetFrequency	Frequency of heterozygosity
Mosaicism	Median mosaicism mixture value
LOH	Proportion of genomic distance of loss of heterozygosity (LOH) calls per chromosome
