If the phenotype variable is a quantitative trait , specify the value that indicates missing .

To Specify the Missing Quantitative Trait Value:

Ensure that Quantitative Trait has been selected as the Type of Phenotype Variable .

Type the value directly into the Missing Quantitative Trait Value text field.
