Output Annotation Data Set

Specify the name of the SAS data set containing annotation information from the Sample Gene Profile table.

Note : This field is active only when Include in separate annotation data set is chosen for Annotation Columns .

The name specified must satisfy the following conditions:

•	It does not contain spaces or special characters.

•	It is no longer than 32 characters.

By default, the name of the output data set with the suffix “ _anno ” appended is used.

To Specify an Output Annotation Data Set Name:

Type the desired name into the Output Annotation Data Set field.

If you change your mind and would like to reset the field, click Clear .
