Output Copy Number Intensity Data Set

Name the SAS data set created from input files and summarized as copy number intensities of each probeset .

Note : When this field is left empty , the specified name of the Output Experimental Design Data Set concatenated with “ _cn ” is applied.

Caution : Names longer than 32 characters are truncated.

To Specify an Output Copy Number Intensity Data Set:

Specify a Summary Method other than “None” on the Summary tab.

The field is now activated.

Enter the name of the data set into the text field.
