Output Genotype Threshold Data Set

Name of SAS data set containing one column per SNP with the most likely genotype if it is greater than the Genotype Probability Threshold specified.

If no name is specified, the name of the first genotype file with the suffix " _igt " appended is used.

To Specify an Output Genotype Threshold Data Set:

Type the name of the data set into the text field.
