PED or FAM Files

Specify files in the PED format or a single file in the FAM format.

Note : If multiple PED files are specified, the same individuals must be in each file; only the SNP columns should be different.

To Specify PED or FAM Files:

Specify a Folder of Raw Files .

The Available Files field is automatically populated with files from the specified folder.

Left-click a single file, or hold down Ctrl while left-clicking multiple files, from the Available Files field.

Click to add the selected files to the PED or FAM Files field.
