Pedigree File

Select the pedigree file. This must be a tab- or space-delimited file with columns ordered as shown in the following table:

Column	Contains
1	Family Identifier
2	Individual Identifier
3	Father ID
4	Mother ID
5	Gender
[6-end]	[Named in the data file specified in the Data File field]

To Specify the Pedigree File:

Specify a Folder of Input Files .

The Available Files field is automatically populated with files from the specified folder.

Left-click a file from the Available Files field.

Click to add the selected file to the Pedigree File field.
