Position

Indicate the numeric variable containing chromosome position information. Alternatively, you can leave this blank and merge a position variable from the Annotation SAS Data Set .

To Specify a Position Variable:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set or Annotation SAS Data Set (depending on the tab).

The Available Variables field is automatically populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Left-click to add the selected variable to the Position field.
