Position Variable

Specify the position variable , which indexes the order of observations for binning. For read count or intensity data, this variable is commonly called position or physical position .

To Specify a Position Variable:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set .

The Available Variables field is automatically populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click the position variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Position Variable field.
