Probeset Variable

Specify a variable whose values uniquely identify probesets on the array.

Note : A probeset identifier is required for regular expression .CEL files, but not for whole transcript or exon arrays.

To Select a Probeset Variable:

Select a Data Set Containing Probes to Remove .

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the chosen data set.

Left-click a variable in the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Probeset Variable field.
