Sample File

Use this field to specify the text file containing information about the samples in the genotype files.

This file must satisfy the following requirements:

•	It is space -delimited.

•	Column names are found in the first row.

•	Data begins on the third row, with rows of samples ordered the same as the columns of samples in the genotype file(s).

To Specify Sample File:

Specify a Folder of Input Files .

The Available Files field is automatically populated with files from the specified folder.

Left-click on the desired file.

Click to add the selected file to the Sample File field, as shown below:
