SNP Map File

Select the SNP map file to import.

Note : If you do not specify this file, a map (annotation) data set is created using information in the genotype file.

To Specify a SNP Map File:

Specify a Folder of Raw Files , and Source of Files . A File Filter Expression is optional.

The Available Files field is automatically populated with files in the specified folder passing the specified filter.

Left-click a file from the Available Files field.

Click to add the selected file to the SNP Map File field.
