Summary Method

Select a method for summarizing the probeset .

Methods are described below:

Method	Description
None	Probe -level data is produced as the output data set.
Mean	The mean of intensities within a probeset is taken.
Median	The median of intensities within a probeset is taken.
Medianpolish	The median polish method is applied. This is the summary method in the RMA algorithm 1 .
