Variables Containing Primary Data

Specify variables containing the primary numeric data in the input data set. The names of these variables are assembled in the ColumnName variable in the experimental design data set.

Note : These variables should NOT include identifier variables like gene name .

To Specify Variables Containing Primary Data:

Specify an input data set.

All of the variables in the input data set are listed in the Available Variables field.

Left-click a single variable from the Available Variables field, or hold down the Ctrl key while left-clicking to select multiple variables.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Variables Containing Primary Data field.
