Check this box to include SNP variants only from the testvariants file in the output SAS data set.

If this box is not checked, all variants (including ins , del , and sub s) are included.

To Specify This Option:

Make sure that File(s) from ASM folder(s) is specified using the Select the type of file(s) to input option.
