Binary PED File

Specify a file in the Binary PED ( .bed ) format. Refer to the PLINK website for additional details about this file format.

To Specify a Binary PED File:

Specify a Folder of Raw Files .

All of the files in the Folder of Raw Files are displayed in the Available Files field.

Examine the list of available files.

Highlight the desired file.

Click to add the highlighted file to the Binary PED File field, as shown below.
