Use this option to specify whether to use the value entered in the Cut-off for GQ field or the Cut-off for DP field for setting genotypes to missing .

Select:	When you want to filter the s based on the value specified in:SNP
GQ cut-off	the Cut-off for GQ field
DP cut-off	the Cut-off for DP field
Either cut-off	either the Cut-off for GQ field or the Cut-off for DP field
Both cut-offs	both the Cut-off for GQ field and the Cut-off for DP field

Note : If either or both cut-offs are selected and one of the fields is not present, only the field that is present is considered.
