Drop SNPs with this percentage of samples that are below:

Use this option to select the cut-offs to use in determining whether a SNP should be excluded from the output data set.

This option can be used along with Percentage of Samples Below Cut-off(s) for Dropping SNPs option to remove SNPs from the output data sets that do not meet the cut-off(s) specified in the Cut-off for GQ field or the Cut-off for DP field.

Select:	When you want to filter the SNPs based on the value specified in:
GQ cut-off	the Cut-off for GQ field
DP cut-off	the Cut-off for DP field
Either cut-off	either the Cut-off for GQ field or the Cut-off for DP field
Both cut-offs	both the Cut-off for GQ field and the Cut-off for DP field

Note : If either or both cut-offs are selected and one of the fields is not present, only the field that is present is considered.
