Select a variable for mapping to forward strand or reverse strand .

To Specify the Strand Variable:

Specify an Annotation File .

The Available Variables field is automatically populated with variables from the specified file.

Examine the available variables.

Left-click a strand variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Strand field.
