Marker Variables

The Marker Variables field specifies the variables listing the marker genotypes

Note . Each marker must be listed in a separate column.

To Specify the Marker Type Variable:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set .

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variables listing the alleles or genotypes. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down Ctrl while left-clicking. In this example, alleles are listed in variables M1 through M22 .

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Marker Variables field, as shown below:
