Ploidy Level

Use the drop-down menu to indicate the ploidy level ( p ) on a somatic cell . For example, p =2 for diploids, p =4 for tetraploids, p =6 for hexaploid, and so on.

Note : JMP Life Science software can accommodate polyploids ¹ with even ploidy levels only.

To Specify a Ploidy Level:

Click the Ploidy Level drop-down menu.

Click the correct ploidy level.
