SD Output Data Set

Specify the name of the SAS data set listing the signal standard deviation for each probe and dye.

The name specified must satisfy the following conditions:

•	It does not contain spaces or special characters.

•	It is no longer than 32 characters.

By default, the name of the output experimental design data set with the suffix “ _SD ” appended is used.

To Specify a SD Output Data Set Name:

Enter the desired name into the SD Output Data Set field.
