Annotation Analysis Group Variable to Use

If Collapse rare variants within analysis group is selected below or if you want to perform multiple- locus association testing, indicate whether you already have an Annotation Analysis Group Variable in your annotation data set (that must be selected on the Annotation tab) or you want to create one using the parameters below.

The Annotation Location Variable is used when grouping by location or for ordering markers when grouping by number of markers. Grouping is performed separately for each Annotation Plotting Group Variable , and if an Annotation Analysis Group Variable is specified, separately for each value of that grouping variable as well. In that case, the one created using the parameters below supersedes that one for collapsing rare variants or performing multiple-locus association tests.
