Binary Trait Variables

Use this field to specify the binary trait variables to be tested.

Note : If you are testing for differential missing genotype proportions at the marker variables , all variables specified must have the same two nonmissing values; that is A and B , or 1 and 2 , and so on.

To Specify One or More Binary Trait Variables:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set .

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight one or more binary variables . To select multiple variables, hold down Ctrl while left-clicking.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Binary Trait Variables field, as shown below:
