Calculate trend odds ratios

Check this box to calculate trend odds ratios for biallelic markers.

Both odds ratios and 100*(1- alpha )% Wald confidence intervals for the odds ratios are calculated, using the value specified in the Adjustment Effects field.

Note : The Type of Tests to Perform variable (if available) must be specified as either Binary or Ordinal and the Trend test must be selected in the Association Tests parameter for this option to be enabled.

To Specify This Option:

Make sure the trait is specified as either Binary or Ordinal .

Make sure that the Trend association test is specified in Association Tests .
