Chromosome Variable

Use this field to specify the chromosome variable, for grouping results.

A separate plot is created for each distinct value of this variable .

When this variable is specified along with a Position Variable , - log 10 p-value results are plotted by chromosome and position.

To Specify a Chromosome Variable:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set .

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable whose values indicate the chromosomes on which the different markers are located.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Chromosome Variable field, as shown below:
