Input SAS Data Set

Use this field to specify the name and complete path to the input SAS data set.

Important : The data set must be in tall format, in which columns are arrays or samples, and rows are molecular entities. The data values must be responses (for example, expression or intensity measurements). The names of the columns must be indexed by the ColumnName variable in the Experimental Design SAS Data Set .
