Means Control Levels

Specify the mean values to use as control values, to which the values generated by all other conditions are compared. Enclose each level in double quotation marks ( “” ), and separate multiple levels with spaces ( ).

If this field is left blank , the first level for each variable is used as the control.

To Specify the LSMeans Control Levels:

Select Differences with a Control as the Means Difference Set for Volcano Plots to enable this option.
