Perform shifted log 2 transformation:

If the data in the Input SAS Data Set is not log-transformed, but log- transformation is needed for normalization or ANOVA , then choose the appropriate stage at which it should be done.

•	Before normalization applies log-transformation before normalization.

•	Before ANOVA applies log-transformation after normalization, but before ANOVA.

To Specify When Transformation Should Be Conducted:

Ensure that the Input data is log-transformed box (if available) is not checked.
