Use QTL data numeric coding from JMP Genomics versions prior to 5.1

Check this box for data format compatibility with JMP Genomics versions prior to Version 5.1.

Note : This option becomes active only if Numeric Genotypes is chosen as the Format of Marker Variables .

The old and new formats for representing potential genotypes are described in the table below:

If your data are coded using the old numeric format, they are converted to the new format.

WARNING : Check this box only if your data are coded in the old format. If your data are already coded numerically with values 0 to 4, this option could produce unexpected results.
