Plot

Use this feature to specify the Principal Components Analysis Plot s to be generated.

•	Select row scores only to generate PCA plots of only the row scores.

•	Select column scores only to generate PCA plots of only the column scores.

•	Select both on separate plots to generate two sets of PCA plots: one showing only the row scores and one showing only the column scores.

•	Select both overlayed in a biplot to generate one set of PCA plots showing both the row scores and the column scores. The scores are standardized to mean zero (0) and variance one (1) before plotting so that they can be plotted on the same scale.

Tip : When your data contain large numbers of scores, you should plot either the row scores or the column scores (but not both) to save plotting time.
