Prefix for Wide Column Names

Use this text box to specify a prefix that is used to construct the beginning of the column names in the wide data set.

To Specify a Prefix for the Wide Column Names:

Type the desired prefix in the text box.

For example, to specify the term PREFIX_ as the prefix for the wide column names, type PREFIX_ in the text box, as shown below:

The resulting wide columns are named PREFIX_1 , PREFIX_2 , ... PREFIX_N . If variables are selected in the Variables Defining Wide Column Names field, then PREFIX_ is appended to the beginning of the column names defined by those variables.
