Match case for key variables

Select this option when you want to match the case of the merging key variables between the Base Input SAS Data Set and Merge Input SAS Data Set .

Note : This parameter only affects character -type merge key variables.

Note : It is recommended that you match the case of the key variables before using this process to speed up the merging process if either the Base or Merge input data sets are very large in size or very wide in number of columns.

To Specify That Case Be Matched for Key Variables:

Ensure that the Match Case for Key Variables box is checked.
