Block Summary

The Block Summary tab is shown below:

The Block Summary tab contains the following elements:

•	One stacked bar chart .

This bar chart displays counts of blocks of particular sizes for each chromosome . If any BY variables were selected, then there is a row for each BY group’s bar chart. From the screenshot above for example, you can determine that on chr 06, there are 24 blocks of size 2, one block of size 3, and one block of size 4, where size indicates the number of SNPs in the block.

This chart can be used to give you a way of selecting chromosomes for which to view LD plots with the corresponding action button.
