Filter Intensities

Running this process for the AffymetrixLatinSquareExample sample setting generates one filtered output data set accessed from a Results window shown below. Refer to the Filter Intensities process description for more information about this process.

The Results window contains the following panes:

Output Data

This process generates the following output data set:

•	Output Filtered Data Set: This data set (with the suffix _fin appended) containing the rows from the input data set that meet the filtering criteria. This data set can be used as input for a wide variety of analytical processes.

Launch Follow-up Processes

To facilitate additional analyses, a pane containing a series of Action Buttons (shown below) is also generated on the Results window. These buttons enable you to upload the data and parameters specified by these output files directly.

Follow-up processes include:

•	Basic Expression Workflow: Click Basic Expresion Workflow to launch the Basic Expresion Workflow process with the filtered data set preloaded as input.

•	Basic Exon/Alternative Splicing Workflow: Click Basic Exon/Alternative Splicing Workflow to launch the Basic Exon/Alternative Splicing Workflow process with the filtered data set preloaded as input.

•	Distribution Analysis: Click Distribution Analysis to launch the Distribution Analysis process with the filtered data set preloaded as input.

These processes provide for an initial analysis of your data. Individual applications in the workflows can subsequently be modified and rerun as needed for your particular experimental needs.

General

•	Click Reopen Dialog to reopen the completed process dialog used to generate this output.

•	Click Close All to close all graphics windows and underlying data sets associated with the output.
