Gene/Protein Identifier

Use this field to specify the variable containing Gene or Protein Identifier. Identifiers must be unique for each gene or protein.

To Specify the Gene or Protein Identifier:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Highlight a variable in the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Gene/Protein Identifier field.
