Significance Variable Cutoff for Fisher Exact Tests

The Fisher Exact Test requires conversion of the continuous significance variables into 0-1 (binary) variables. Specify a cutoff value here that is in accordance with the direction chosen in the Direction of Significance Variables parameter.

Typical cutoffs are as follows:

Direction of Significance Variables	Typical Cutoff
Bidirectional (e.g. t-statistics)	2
Larger is more significant (e.g. -log10 p-values)	4
Smaller is more significant (e.g. p-values)	0.0001
