Annotation Variables to Keep

Specify variables in addition to the Entrez Gene identifier variable (where available) or Probe or SNP ID Variable variable (where available) to keep in the output data set.

If you leave this field blank, then all variables in the Annotation SAS Data Set are kept.

Caution: Keeping all variables can result in large output data sets when the Annotation SAS Data Set contains a large number of columns or columns with large lengths.

To Specify Annotation Variables to Keep:

Specify an Annotation SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a single variable, or hold down Ctrl while left-clicking multiple variables, from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable(s) to the Annotation Variables to Keep field.
