Chromosome Variable

Use this field to identify one variable containing specific chromosome information.

Note for Bivariate One-Way ANOVA: When this variable is specified along with a Position Variable, -log10 p-value results are plotted by chromosome and position.

To Specify a Chromosome Variable:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Chromosome Variable field.
