Multiple Testing Fixed Effects

Use this field to specify a list of fixed effects to use to select significant genes when there are no ESTIMATE or LSMEANS statements.

Leaving this parameter blank results in the use of all of the fixed effects. The names of each of these effects must be no longer than 24 characters.

The list should be delimited by blanks, and the effects must exactly match ones that you specify in the PROC MIXED MODEL statement.

Each effect must be specified separately, that is, do not use the bar (|) or at (@) operators.

To Specify Multiple Testing Fixed Effects:

Type the fixed effects in the Multiple Testing Fixed Effects field.
