z-Coordinate Variables

Use this field to specify the variable whose values specify the z-axis coordinates for all of the spots on the microarray.

To Specify the Z-Coordinate Variables:

Specify the Input z Data Set.

All of the variables in the data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variables listing the z-axis coordinates of the spots on the array.

Click to add the highlighted variables to the Z-Coordinate Variables field, as shown below:
