Annotation Group Variable

Use this field to specify the variable that is used for grouping results (chromosome, for example). A separate plot is created for each distinct value of this variable.

To Specify the Annotation Group Variable:

Specify the Annotation SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified annotation data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable that whose values are used to group the results.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Annotation Group Variable field.
